When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

- Your profile picture
Content You Provide
When you use our Lecture Indexer product, we process and store:
- YouTube video URLs you submit
- Transcriptions generated from your videos
- AI-generated summaries and segments
- Vector embeddings for semantic search
- Your chat conversations with the AI assistant
Billing Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We only store a reference to your Stripe customer account and your subscription status.
Usage Data
We track usage metrics for billing purposes, including video minutes processed and chat tokens consumed. We also collect error logs to improve our service.

Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your videos at any time from the dashboard. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us at support@yukai.studio.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
